possibility Coaching

We help teams, leaders and innovators expand their horizon of possibilities and navigate uncertainty by tapping into external signals of change, leveraging personal and collective intelligence, and developing critical capacities and mindsets.

We offer three ways in which to engage in coaching:

Inner Development Coaching for Changemakers

Making a difference in the face of rapidly changing conditions starts with knowing yourself and building support for the changes you’d like to make, and continues with effective leadership and wellbeing. Inner development coaching is designed to help both emerging and experienced leaders increase their self-, other-, and situational awareness, examine their internal experience of uncertainty and the future, improve their emotional intelligence, practice using their imagination and sense of wonder, and develop or strengthen critical relational capacities so that they can more-effectively face and foster change and lead with influence and impact. Inner development coaching is, therefore, tailored to your individual needs and includes:

High Performance Coaching for Teams

Teams go through many stages of development, often face a multitude of interpersonal and task-based challenges, and are rarely equipped to work together effectively–in particular in the face of surprises or uncertainty. High performance coaching is designed to support teams in doing their best work in a way that is both rewarding and taps into the collective intelligence of diverse backgrounds and viewpoints. Coaching focuses on helping teams learn how to engage in the often-forgotten steps of working on the team so that they can work well as a team, despite the turbulence of conflict or change. Team coaching is available to:

Idea and Anticipation Sessions for Innovators and Entrepreneurs

When you are not sure of an idea’s potential or the factors that could impact it, you may just need a different perspective, keys to unlocking new ways of seeing, or a way to think about where things are headed that isn’t readily visible to you. This requires an outside-in engagement. In other words, bringing someone from outside of your expertise, direction, or viewpoints into your thinking about the development of an idea or initiative. Idea and anticipation sessions–think of them more like a guided conversations about idea possibilities and the possibilities associated with an idea–are designed to support forward-thinking innovators and entrepreneurs (or those who think entrepreneurially) in expanding the horizon of possibilities associated with a nascent idea or initiative, getting unstuck, and seeing futures enabled by their efforts.
